Handlungsräume gem. LAROP

Darstellung des im Landesraumordnungsprogramm definierten Handlungsraums "Ländlicher Stabilisierungsraum". Das Landesraumordnungsprogramm präzisiert und konkretisiert die im OÖ. ROG 1994 formulierten Ziele, greift aktuelle Herausforderungen auf, formuliert Maßnahmen für das ganze Landesgebiet sowie für funktionale Handlungsräume und bildet so den strategischen Rahmen für die Raumordnung und die Raumentwicklung in Oberösterreich. Handlungsräume sind Teilräume, die ähnliche Handlungserfordernisse im Sinn der künftigen räumlichen Entwicklung aufweisen. Für die Handlungsräume wurden spezifische Ziele festgelegt.
